1. Introduction

By accessing or using sya.ae, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of the website constitutes full acceptance.

2. Services and subscriptions

The website sya.ae provides subscription-based access to digital marketing and IT consultancy services offered by SYA IT HOLDING SOLUTIONS S.R.L.

Services are available through recurring subscriptions managed exclusively via Stripe.

3. Payments and invoicing

All payments are securely processed via Stripe.

By subscribing, the user explicitly agrees to be redirected to Stripe for secure payment processing and subscription management.

Invoices are issued by SYA IT HOLDING SOLUTIONS S.R.L. and sent by e-mail.

4. Cancellation and refund policy

Digital services are strictly non-refundable once activated.

Any amounts already paid will not be refunded, as they cover digital products and services delivered electronically.

Subscription suspension, cancellation, or closure must be carried out directly through the Stripe portal.

Users may also notify cancellation requests by email at office@sya.ae or support@sya.ae, at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.

Refunds are only granted in case of technical errors or duplicate payments, processed within 14 days.

5. Onboarding after subscription

After confirming a subscription, a representative of SYA IT HOLDING SOLUTIONS S.R.L. will contact the subscriber within 12–24 hours to begin the onboarding process and provide further instructions.

6. Limitation of liability

The company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services. It is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, business interruptions, or any consequences of using the website or services.

7. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Bucharest.
